CEP3

For any CEP packages you will need to download The CEP3 Files HERE. CEP3 THREAD on MTS2 CEP3 was developed by a Modding Maestro Numenor, However as in his words major credits go to RGiles for having invented and created with him the previous CEP versions, that still "survive" into the CEP3.

Important! You only need to download/install those files once - not for every object you download! Make sure you download version3 as mentioned above to enable the Nightlife objects.
