A 1. Log into PayPal.com with your PayPal information (email address and password).
From the "My Account/Overview" tab, find the line that says "Subscription Completion - To - Simplan-X
Click on "Details" on the right. That will take you to a page with your account information, ie: your username and password.
A 2. Please make sure you're typing your username and password EXACTLY as it appears. The passwords are case sensisive (usually they are in lowercase).
Also, don't copy/paste from the PayPal receipt page. There are extra spaces that you can't see when you paste. Type in the information by hand.Note that the number0 may look similar to the lettero.
Also people often get mixed up withg i's and l's.Try a combination.
A 3. It is usually sent to you immediately, however if you sent the subscription directly without using the buttons on the subscription page, it can take up to 24 hours. I will only know you have done this via email. And will have to set you up on the system manually.
A 4. If you cancel your subscription during your allotted month, you unfortunately lose the rest of your time, as the paypal code deletes the information from our database. If you want this to happen this is okay, however if you don't, email me and I will set you back up manually for your remaining time.
**** Please note however I will no longer take responsibility for cancelling accounts, as it is easy enough to do yourself. I get hundreds of spam messages a week, some of my site emails are bound to get lost. I also have a lot of subscribers, it can be a messy job trying to keep track of each premium account that needs cancelling. as my system is an automated one. I can promise you that once you have cancelled your account and emailed me, that you will not lose any remaining time.It is easier to keep track of any manual accounts.****
How to cancel your account
1. Log into your PayPal account.
2. Click on the "History" tab.
3. Scroll through your transaction history and locate your most recent subscription payment to us (simplan-x).
4. Click on the transaction to view the details, and on the next page, you'll see something that resembles: "In reference to:S-7MX28040N2495228X"
5. Click on this, and it will take you to your original "Subscription Creation". At the bottom of the page there will be an option to cancel the account.
6. Click on "Cancel".
7. Confirm the subscription cancellation on the next page.
A 5. First of all check your spam folder to see if it has gone there.
If it is not there log into paypal and follow the instructions in A 1.
If you still cannot find it email us ASAP.
